The Roycroft Inn, a National Historic Landmark, offers wide porches and various cozy seating areas just perfect for a game of chess, curling up with a good book, or just sitting and contemplating life. In addition, a wide variety of recreational activities are available within close proximity to the Inn.

Byrncliff Golf Club (716-535-7300), located in nearby Varysburg, offers a challenging 18-hole course. Also close by is Bob-O-Links (716-662-4311), a par three 18-hole course which is lit for evening play. Bob-O-Links also has a driving range available.
