Junior League Decorator Show House |
The Knox Summer Estate at Knox Farm State Park is a 14,400 square foot two-story summer home, circa 1916-17.The extensive country property was home to the Knox family until 2000. In 2001, New York State acquired the 633-acre park. The main house, site of Decorators’ Show House 2013, has twenty-six rooms, extensive gardens and overlooks one of the park’s most breathtaking vistas. The park's 633 acres encompass a mixture of habitats, including 400 acres of grasslands and 100 acres of woodlands, ponds and several wetland areas From April 27-May 19, area decorators and designers will transform each room for a wonderful showcase. |
